2. Description of Service

Yo Scraper is a business lead collection and marketing workflow tool developed by YO Dijital. It allows users to:

Scan Google Maps to collect publicly listed business information (name, phone, website, email)
Export collected business leads to a designated Google Sheets spreadsheet
Import leads from Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets files into the internal database
Manage and filter collected leads via an internal database interface
Send outreach emails to collected leads via integrated email services

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Yo Scraper only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the application to collect data in violation of any applicable law or third-party terms of service
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the application
Use the application to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
Share access credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Google API Services

Yo Scraper uses Google APIs. By connecting your Google account, you additionally agree to Google's Terms of Service. We access only the permissions you explicitly grant and handle your Google data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Yo Scraper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. You use the application at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YO Dijital and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Yo Scraper.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
